About

"I am a navigator for the in-between."
Suzanne Blake is a guide, educator, bodyworker, and lifelong student of transformation who has spent decades exploring what helps people navigate life's most challenging transitions with greater resilience, clarity, and self-trust.
With an International MBA, years of experience teaching entrepreneurship at the university level, and training in somatic and embodiment practices, Thai bodywork, craniosacral therapy, yoga, ceremony, and nervous system regulation, Suzanne brings a unique blend of practical wisdom and holistic insight to her work.
Having lived and traveled extensively around the world, and having personally navigated profound experiences of illness, single motherhood, relocation, loss, relationship transitions, financial uncertainty, and spiritual transformation, she understands what it feels like when the old map no longer works and a new path has yet to emerge.
Through her work, Suzanne creates supportive spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with their inner compass, and find greater clarity in the midst of change. Her approach blends reflection, embodiment, storytelling, practical tools, and deep listening to help participants navigate life's transitions with more courage, compassion, and confidence.
She currently lives in the mountains of North Carolina with her son, where she continues to teach, write, facilitate retreats and workshops, and support others through the waters of change.
